Pro Kabaddi League 2023–24: Dabang Delhi Beats U Mumba and Gets Back on Track – Match Report: Ashu Malik Shines Again

<p>Ashu Malik led from the front and scored 17 raid points as Dabang Delhi defeated U Mumba 39–33 in the Pro Kabaddi League on Saturday to get back on track.</p>

<p>Guman Singh, who scored 13 raid points, was a standout player for U Mumba.</p>
<p>With the victory, Delhi moved up to third place in the points table, while U Mumba remained in seventh place.</p>
<p>It was an exciting match, with several lead changes between the two teams.</p>
<p>After coming off the bench, Vishal Bhardwaj performed two “Super Tackles,” but U Mumba went on an “All Out” in the last moments of the half to gain a slim lead.</p>
<p>Ashu’s multi-point raid helped Delhi rally, and the two teams went into halftime even at 16-16.</p>
<p>In the second half, Delhi turned things up a notch. Ashu scored three baskets, and U Mumba led 22–17 when Pranay Rane entered the lobbies for an “All Out.”</p>
<p>Delhi took the lead once again and seemed to be winning easily, but Guman pulled off an incredible “Super Raid.” Releasing himself from four defenders gave his team a chance at 28-25, and it also resulted in his sixth ‘Super 10’ of the season.</p>
<p>With ten minutes remaining, U Mumba made a brilliant switch, reducing Delhi to three men as they anticipated a resurgence.</p>
<p>After coming off the bench, Heidarali Ekrami scored two vital points to cut the lead to 33–36.</p>
<p>Delhi secured an exciting victory with a last-minute ‘Super Tackle’ masterfully performed by Manjeet.</p>
